About Us
STOCK+SPICE was founded in December 2014 by Chef Evan Mallett and Denise Mallett, owners of the Black Trumpet restaurant in Portsmouth, NH. It is now owned by longtime employee Paula Sullivan, who took over as proprietor and chef-in-residence in May of 2018. Our signature blends are inspired by regional cuisines from around the world. All are ground in house, in small batches, using organic and ethically-sourced spices.
